Delivery Information

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
While we try our best to ship the orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them, there could be circumstances when we are unable to do so. In such an event, you will be informed of an estimated shipping date.
Once your order has shipped, it will take anywhere from 2 - 5 business days for you to receive your order depending upon your location to our warehouse.

Are there any possibilities of delay in the order and how will I know about it?
Yes, all orders are subject to stock availability and shipment could be delayed based on that. In such a case, we will contact you.

What is your return policy?
Items are returnable for a refund of the item price (minus shipping charges), as long as they meet the following criteria:

  1. Returned within 30 days of the receipt.
  2. Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
  3. All custom orders are non-returnable.
  4. All items with hygiene concerns are non-returnable.
  5. All returns must be authorized by Comfort Finds. 
  6. Return shipping charges are payable by the customer.

We accept all major credits cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We also conveniently accept payments through PayPal, Amazon Payments, & Apple Pay.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.
